Senior Product Designer, Design Systems

About the role

Reevo is seeking an experienced product designer to own and evolve its design system, enabling consistent, high‑quality experiences across the platform and for AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design system end‑to‑end, including components, documentation, governance and roadmap.
• Build a scalable system from tokens to atomic components and patterns that works across platforms and supports AI‑generated experiences.
• Prototype, test and iterate components with designers, engineers and user feedback.
• Design tooling and processes to keep documentation current and self‑sustaining.
• Take on end‑to‑end product design work to stress‑test the system in real use.
• Partner closely with designers and engineers, prioritize work that removes blockers, and drive adoption and quality guardrails.

Required profile

• 8+ years designing products in fast‑paced B2B SaaS environments.
• 2+ years building and owning a design system, including documentation, contribution and governance.
• Proven ability to ship end‑to‑end product work, not just system components.
• Strong track record of earning trust with designers and engineers and shaping roadmap based on their needs.
• Self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity, able to identify problems and drive solutions.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of component design, APIs, design tokens and implementation trade‑offs.
• Experience creating and maintaining design system documentation and governance models.
• Interest in building systems that AI agents can use.
