Staff Information Security Analyst

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Staff Information Security Analyst to support a Tier 1 Identity and Access Management program for a government client. The role involves providing DEERS PII changes, credential issuance, and help‑desk support in a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support DEERS PII updates, CAC, token, retired military ID issuance, PIN resets, and general help‑desk tasks.
• Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to identity, access, and credentialing issues.
• Contribute to project milestones, deliverables, and reports.
• Provide technical solutions for complex access problems and work occasional off‑shifts between 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of IT customer‑service support experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience handling PII data and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Required skills

• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) knowledge.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of identity, access, and credentialing services.
