Sr. Supply Chain Planning Analyst

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join its Fort Worth, Texas campus. The role is part of Alcon’s Supply Chain function and focuses on creating an end‑to‑end supply plan each month for the mid‑to‑long term horizon while managing demand, capacity and material risks.

Key responsibilities

• Gather demand information, analyze trends and adjust production schedules.
• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability and maintain supplier relationships.
• Align inventory and production plans with manufacturing schedules.
• Make decisions using advanced analytical skills within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
• Handle complex senior‑level tasks and ensure compliance with GxP regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, complete required training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supply chain planning.
