Executive Assistant – Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics team in Bethesda, MD. The role combines high‑volume email management, paperwork filing, and coordination of truck schedules to ensure smooth warehouse deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to a shared group inbox handling 600‑700 emails daily, aiming to resolve at least 80% of inquiries each day.
• Answer billing, scheduling, and logistics questions from internal and external stakeholders.
• File transportation paperwork and maintain organized PDF records.
• Schedule truck appointments for pickups and drop‑offs, coordinating with building contacts to guarantee successful deliveries.
• Set up and confirm appointments with warehouses and other facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply‑chain operations.
• Basic understanding of the transportation and logistics landscape.
• Ability to work on‑site five days a week and manage a high‑volume email environment.
