Sr. Specialist, Construction Loan Servicing

About the role

The Sr. Specialist, Construction Loan Servicing is responsible for loan and letter of credit booking, funding, payments and maintenance, supporting construction loan transactions throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle loan/letter of credit booking, funding, payments, and ongoing maintenance for commercial loan products.
• Interpret credit agreements, calculate loan/fee accruals, and perform reconciliations and remediation.
• Assist with closing construction transactions and manage disbursements.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers on site inspections, drawing requests, and budget analysis.
• Partner with Construction Loan Administrator to review third‑party reports and facilitate advances.
• Participate in non‑routine activities such as mergers and technology system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in banking operations and commercial loan servicing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using bank systems and commercial banking platforms.
• Knowledge of syndicated and commercial loan products and markets.

What we offer

• Base salary range $52,500 – $90,000 annually.
