Associate, Commercial Loan Servicing

About the role

The Associate, Commercial Loan Servicing supports back‑office activities for commercial loan and letter of credit products. You will ensure accurate loan booking, data integrity, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input loan data, terms, and conditions into the bank’s loan booking systems based on approved documentation.
• Review loan documents such as credit agreements and promissory notes for completeness and accuracy before booking.
• Onboard new commercial loans, renewals and modifications, ensuring all required fields are populated correctly.
• Verify data integrity by cross‑referencing entries with source documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the team in researching and resolving data entry issues and assist with departmental administrative functions and special projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial loan operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of commercial banking, syndicated loan products, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using bank loan booking systems.
