Sr. Project Manager

About the role

Enovis is seeking a highly organized Sr. Project Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) projects in a fast‑paced medical device environment. The role partners with product development, operations, marketing, quality, and commercial teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPD and cross‑functional business projects from initiation through commercialization.
• Partner with functional teams to develop business cases, project objectives, and statements of work.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, communication, and risk mitigation.
• Organize and lead project team meetings, status updates, and cross‑functional reviews.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to communicate progress, risks, and milestones.
• Monitor execution, proactively identify issues, dependencies, and risks, and implement corrective actions.
