Sr Manager, Operational Excellence

About the role

The Sr Manager, Operational Excellence will lead lean transformation across Justrite Safety Group’s North American and international sites. Acting as a strategic leader and mentor, you will work hands‑on with production and back‑office teams to drive continuous‑improvement events, projects, and sustainment activities while developing and deploying Lean standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy a global continuous‑improvement roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Facilitate CI events, projects, and post‑event sustainment across all locations.
• Develop, implement, and sustain Lean standards and processes.
• Train production teams on Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Daily Management, Policy Deployment, Continuous Flow Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and SMED.
• Collaborate with site leaders and stakeholders to identify projects that improve customer metrics and financial performance.
• Serve as a thought leader and mentor, building a culture of operational excellence and accountability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading continuous‑improvement or operational‑excellence initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and influence cross‑functional teams across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer and financial outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with site leaders and senior management.
