Sr. Manager - Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic, hands‑on Sr. Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Torrance, CA. You will own production outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, service, and cost excellence across our beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, fostering a safety‑first and continuous‑improvement culture.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with the Director of Production Planning to create and maintain optimal production schedules.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Champion safety compliance through audits, root‑cause investigations, and corrective‑action implementation.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and skill development for the production team.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within food & beverage.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to improve operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to fostering ownership among team members.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
