Sr Finance Business Services Analyst

About the role

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Senior Finance Business Services Analyst in Frisco, Texas. The role covers rebate administration, contract analysis, data integrity checks, team reconciliation and support of finance planning, working closely with Sales, IT, Volume, Master Data and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic audits and data-integrity checks, and monitor and report on the effectiveness of rebate administration processes.
• Prepare consolidated team data files by extracting, reviewing and organizing SAP and Vistex agreement information, and analyze contracts to recommend the appropriate Vistex system solution.
• Apply company policies, procedures and controls to complex or undefined situations, and give expert guidance on Vistex Agreement Objects and rebate processes.
• Advise on data design, structure changes, value determinations, standards and system conventions, and collaborate with functional groups to improve rebate processes.
• Support AOP estimates for FP&A by evaluating agreement data, historical activity, business assumptions and anticipated rebate requirements, and communicate material drivers and risks.
• Ensure reimbursements are paid correctly in line with GAAP and company policy, and prepare monthly documentation for Vistex-to-general-ledger balancing and reconciliation.
• Manage schedules for rebate accounts, run the team reconciliation process, and prepare the annual advance balance-sheet reconciliation with audit-ready documentation.
• Take part in system and process transition plans, provide input for system development, and handle manual payments as required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting or a related field preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics preferred; Food & Beverage industry experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration, organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• SAP and Vistex ERP experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of income statements, accruals, cash flow statements and balance sheets highly preferred.
