Sr. Associate, Quality Control Lab Analyst I

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate in Quality Control Lab Analyst I to perform routine chemical and microbiological analyses, support product validation, and ensure compliance with global and internal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specialized analytical chemistry and microbiology tasks for product and process validation, product release, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain lab equipment, follow cGxP and SOPs, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using advanced technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate lab results into manufacturing processes.
• Lead in‑house lab validation studies, assist in training, and support Quality Control auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 10 years, Associate + 16 years, M.S. + 0 years).
• 2 years of relevant experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership.
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English.
• Ability to work first shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Monday‑Friday onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
