Splice Technician Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Race Communications is seeking a Splice Technician Coordinator to manage the daily workflow of splice technicians and contracted crews. This remote position supports the delivery of fiber internet projects across multiple states, ensuring that crews have the information and materials they need to complete work on time.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and oversee daily activities of splice technician crews.
• Provide cut sheets, location details, and other documentation to internal and external teams.
• Monitor production against work orders and track project progress.
• Maintain material inventories for splice crews and address supply requests promptly.
• Manage project tracking documents, including production sheets and customer paperwork.
• Read and follow design engineer instructions and specifications.

Required profile

• Eligibility for US employment without sponsorship.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Telecom experience is a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Google Earth.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
