About the role
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our agency on day shifts, with occasional weekend work. The successful candidate will demonstrate independence and accountability while providing care for a complex patient population. The role requires a commitment to professional and departmental growth and the ability to adapt care to patients of varying ages.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all facility competencies required for speech pathology services, ensuring compliance with agency standards.
- Provide age‑appropriate speech‑language care to patients across the served age spectrum, adhering to best‑practice guidelines.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas State Board license for speech pathology.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) and ability to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary for age‑appropriate patient care.
