About the role
Baptist Health is hiring a registered nurse for its Resource Team on the night shift, working 6:30 pm to 7 am in 3- to 12-hour shifts per week. The nurse uses the nursing process and the training provided by Baptist Health to deliver safe, therapeutic and compassionate patient care, demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking.
Required profile
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Arkansas
- Healthcare CPR required; ACLS, PALS and/or NALS may be needed depending on the area, with training provided
- 18 months of registered nurse experience, including one year in the specialty applied for
- BSN preferred
- Willingness to float within the specialty or across campuses within 50 miles of home
