Specialized Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

About the role

As a Specialized Maintenance Technician on the 1st shift, you will ensure that Bosch's manufacturing equipment runs reliably and efficiently. You will use a variety of diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot, modify, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify trends, analyze equipment problems, and perform necessary adjustments on manufacturing equipment.
• Coordinate efforts between operations and engineering to resolve issues.
• Set up spare parts, optimize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, and keep process parameters up to date.
• Develop best‑practice standards by combining available information and knowledge.
• Follow plant safety and environmental policies, maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
• Utilize plant systems such as SAP, MES, OPCON, Promaster, and Tableau.
• Leverage IPN resources when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience maintaining assembly and machining equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operators, technicians, engineers, and leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
