About the role

Infosys is seeking a Specialized Cloud Engineer to join its Financial Services unit in Irving, Texas. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud‑based infrastructure for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients, leveraging AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT environments, produce assessment reports, and support due‑diligence activities.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective cloud solutions, review reusable components, and create technical documentation.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing, and manage version control.
• Plan and oversee maintenance windows, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades while ensuring continuity.
• Analyze performance data, support capacity planning, and optimize system behavior.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills, compliance audits, and implement continuity plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Experience in assessing and improving IT infrastructure maturity.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail in documentation, testing, and compliance activities.
