Service Desk Analyst (IT Technician I)

About the role

Lennar is seeking an Onsite IT Technician I to provide first‑line technical support to its associates. The Service Desk Analyst will resolve hardware and software issues, manage data‑related tasks, and maintain internal client relationships while ensuring timely and effective service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hardware, software, and end‑user support across the organization.
• Maintain and update ServiceNow tickets with accurate, reproducible details.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, printer, copier, and AV equipment problems.
• Assist divisions in planning and installing technology equipment.
• Coordinate technical support for meetings, including video‑conferencing and audio‑visual needs.
• Perform basic LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting and report server downtime.
• Enact manufacturer warranties for equipment repair.
• Provide weekly status reports and assist third‑party support contractors.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Onsite IT Manager.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of technology standards and ability to perform routine assignments.
• Proficient in basic IT troubleshooting with good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree and IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 + years of relevant experience.
