Specialist Sales Manager, Test & Learn Solution

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Specialist Sales Manager to drive growth of its Test & Learn® platform. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships across key verticals such as retail, travel, and telecommunications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Test & Learn solution.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high‑value prospects and convert them into platform users.
• Secure multi‑year, multimillion‑dollar contracts by demonstrating business impact.
• Present platform capabilities and analytical insights to senior client executives.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and service teams to tailor proposals and capture client feedback.
• Foster long‑term partnerships and act as the primary client advocate within Mastercard Services.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling software, data‑driven, or analytics solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing large, complex deals.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into business value.
• Effective communication and influencing skills with senior‑level audiences.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills
