Spanish Speaking Business Development Manager - Financial Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Business Development Manager to join our Financial Sales team. In this position you will drive new revenue by prospecting, qualifying and closing opportunities while deepening relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the transportation and logistics finance sector.
• Qualify leads and secure new accounts through consultative sales conversations.
• Expand and nurture relationships with existing clients to grow account revenue.
• Present tailored financial solutions, including factoring, export financing and fuel card programs.
• Identify market trends and proactively address customer needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Detail‑oriented, outgoing, ambitious and self‑motivated.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
