Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Representative – Remote

About the role

Join a leading BPO to provide multilingual support for healthcare members, providers, and patients. As a Spanish‑English Bilingual Healthcare Representative you will ensure members receive accurate information about their plans, benefits, and services while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries on member services, Medicare, billing, and health plan details for Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers.
• Document all interactions, resolve complex issues, and coordinate service recovery when needed.
• Use CRM, EMR/EHR, and ticketing systems to retrieve and update member information.
• Meet contact‑center KPIs such as call handling time, first‑call resolution, and member retention.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Minimum two years of customer service or healthcare member‑interaction experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently from a private, quiet home workspace with reliable high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using EMR/EHR and ticketing systems.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with ≤5% error rate.
