Spa Receptionist – Luxury Guest Experience

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our Bamford Spa, part of Starwood Hotels. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests in booking treatments, and recommend products that enhance their relaxation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in spa guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using the spa’s reservation system.
• Provide product recommendations and information tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious reception area.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone or in‑person, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and spa environments.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or front‑desk roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑player attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
