Sourcing Recruiter – Technical Talent for Cloud Services

About the role

As a Sourcing Recruiter on Amazon’s Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team, you will identify and attract top technical talent for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and build strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for cloud, software, and infrastructure roles.
• Utilize channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and team culture.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against technical criteria.
• Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven experience with contact management or applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Experience creating, measuring, and scaling recruiting workflows.
