About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Source-to-Pay technology initiatives for clients. You will optimize sourcing and procurement processes, drive cost savings, and enhance supplier collaboration using leading digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement projects to achieve cost reductions and improve supplier collaboration.
• Analyze client needs and design operational strategies that boost productivity and business performance.
• Implement digital procurement solutions and strategic sourcing frameworks to increase efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct evaluations to strengthen supply‑chain resilience.
• Utilize Coupa, GEP, and SAP Ariba to streamline procurement and contract management.
• Guide and coach multidisciplinary teams through complex procurement challenges.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying problems and opportunities.
• Communicate clear, impactful messages aligned with client objectives.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply‑chain technology.
• Proven ability to lead senior‑level engagements and develop inclusive, high‑performing teams.
