Solutions Architect – Integrations (Remote US/CA)

About the role

As a member of the Integrations Team, you’ll manage end‑to‑end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure smooth deployments while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions based on Sardine’s system capabilities.
• Manage implementation projects, monitor quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Build deep understanding of customers’ business problems and success criteria.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI.
• Scripting and programming in Bash, Python, Ruby, Golang, and using tools like Postman.
