Software Implementation Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant to join its Vault CRM implementation and post‑implementation teams. This remote, full‑time position helps life‑science customers adopt next‑generation AI‑enabled CRM technology and maximize the platform’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers, aligning best practices to solution requirements.
• Translate complex client and solution concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Develop deep expertise in the Vault platform and apply it to customer implementations.
• Plan, manage, and execute application build, test, and deployment activities.
• Identify and monitor interdependencies across program workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and standards, including process documentation.
• Define and execute after‑go‑live support and ongoing application change activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consulting experience, with a proven record of engaging senior management.
• Strong presentation and solution‑design skills, able to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for implementation work (post‑implementation role is non‑travel).
• Nice to have: experience with life‑science customers or in the healthcare/CRM industry.
