Software Engineer, iOS/Mobile

About the role

You will build mission‑critical iOS applications that revolutionize flight safety and operational efficiency. Working on a fast‑moving hybrid team, you will develop real‑time, user‑facing features using SwiftUI and Swift, bridging AI technology with human pilots.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑performance iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern mobile frameworks for real‑time data visualization.
• Integrate complex internal and external APIs to deliver mission‑critical flight data and sensor information directly to pilots.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product designers to build intuitive, safety‑critical mobile experiences that function in high‑stakes environments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of iOS development experience with proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, plus exposure to UIKit and multithreading.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with asynchronous programming concepts such as async/await or Grand Central Dispatch.
• U.S. Person status (Citizen or Green Card) and residence within commuting distance of San Carlos.
