About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our technology solutions team in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. In this role you will develop and enhance software components that support analytics, testing and proof‑of‑concept initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and debug new features and enhancements for internal applications.
• Perform unit and component testing and support small break‑fix implementations.
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
• Collaborate with technology partners to configure and integrate custom components.
• Analyze technical requirements and provide pragmatic engineering solutions.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or a technical certificate.
• 3‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong academic background and proven ability to work independently on complex tasks.

Required skills
