Software Engineer I – Digital Products

About the role

Coca-Cola’s North America Operating Unit is looking for a Software Engineer I to join an empowered product team. You will collaborate with Product Management, Design, and fellow Engineers to build high‑quality software that solves real customer problems across digital experiences, platforms, and intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Design to deeply understand customer workflows and pain points.
• Contribute to solution discovery through ideation, prototyping, and evaluating multiple approaches.
• Provide technical perspective on feasibility, value, and scope of proposed solutions.
• Lead technical direction for the team, guiding architecture and system design.
• Make pragmatic trade‑offs between speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
• Ensure alignment with broader platform and enterprise architecture where appropriate.
