Key responsibilities

• Contribute to core product development, owning tasks from design through implementation and testing.
• Research and develop solutions for data‑efficiency problems such as deduplication, reclamation, and wide‑area network replication.
• Improve system performance and scalability to handle growing data volumes and evolving hardware.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams, ensuring high code quality through extensive automated testing.

Required profile

• Strong computer‑science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and design principles.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering high‑impact results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an open‑office, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• C++ programming proficiency.
