Software Engineer – Front-End Focus (.NET) (Remote)

About the role

Archesys is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a strong front‑end focus to help modernize enterprise user interfaces. This fully remote, full‑time position blends .NET backend expertise with modern React/Next.js front‑end development, delivering high‑performance, accessible web applications for cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX/UI designers, and end users to translate requirements and wireframes into clean, accessible code.
• Implement client‑side routing, state management, and styling architectures to optimize performance and responsive layouts.
• Integrate front‑end applications with Azure cloud services and secure RESTful APIs.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with TFS and Octopus Deploy for automated delivery.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, debug UI/UX or API issues, and deliver maintainable solutions.
• Champion front‑end best practices, including semantic HTML, modern CSS methodologies, and web accessibility standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience with a heavy emphasis on modern front‑end frameworks and .NET/Azure solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and pass a federal background check.
