Software Engineer – Embedded Systems

About the role

As a Software Engineer at Applied Intuition you will architect and develop highly reliable embedded software that powers physical‑AI solutions for automotive and other industries. You will work on integrating vendor components, building real‑time operating system (RTOS) applications, and delivering custom in‑vehicle infotainment and OTA capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain embedded software using C/C++ and assembly.
• Integrate vendor hardware components via CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI, UART and other low‑level interfaces.
• Develop RTOS‑based applications and custom Linux/Android services.
• Drive OTA and infotainment device solutions for vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring up software on new devices and productionize it.
• Maintain modern build, CI/CD pipelines and debugging workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proven ability to work on embedded Linux systems, RTOS, and low‑level driver development.
