Software Engineer - Customer Service Platform

About the role

Netflix is looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to join the Customer Service Platform team. You will help build and evolve a scalable, resilient technology ecosystem that powers 24/7 support across Streaming, Games, and Netflix House, with a focus on modern hybrid architecture and Generative AI innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack features for the help‑center CMS, agent‑facing CRM, and metadata management tools.
• Collaborate with sister engineering teams, product stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain platform scalability, reliability, and performance for massive user traffic.
• Integrate internal and third‑party services using modern API technologies.
• Contribute to the migration from legacy home‑grown applications to a modern hybrid architecture.

Required profile

• Seasoned engineer with a platform mindset, comfortable working across frontend and backend or with a deep specialty.
• Experience building large‑scale, high‑traffic systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Experience in the customer support domain or Generative AI is a plus.
