Software Engineer – AI Production Systems

About the role

Revin is looking for a Software Engineer to develop the production systems that power its AI agents handling SMS, voice and email interactions for large home‑services operators. The role offers high ownership, working across a Python/FastAPI backend, a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard and LangGraph workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain LangGraph workflows that manage multi‑channel conversations for enterprise customers.
• Develop end‑to‑end features in a Python/FastAPI backend and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard.
• Operate in a multi‑tenant Supabase/PostgreSQL environment, ensuring account‑scoped queries with RLS and JWT authentication.
• Build evaluation frameworks to detect and prevent agent regressions before they affect customers.
• Integrate with external CRMs such as Salesforce, ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection and AccuLynx, handling noisy data.
• Collaborate with the voice team on real‑time agent behavior using LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime.
• Optimize the omnichannel experience across SMS, voice and email.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of full‑stack experience shipping production software in a startup, high‑velocity SaaS or AI‑focused company.
• Passion for working with large language models and building LLM‑powered features.
• Comfortable debugging APIs and tracing issues across services and data pipelines.
• Ability to learn quickly, operate in ambiguity and deliver reliable solutions.
