Software Engineer – AI-Native Full-Stack (Latam)

About the role

Reacher is building an AI-driven operating system for TikTok Shop brands and creators. As a Software Engineer focused on the Latin American market, you will join a fast-growing YC-backed team and ship features that impact thousands of daily users. You will work in an AI-native environment where Claude Code assists development, allowing you to concentrate on architecture, design and system quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own product features from research and design through implementation, testing and release.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, testing practices and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Mentor engineers in adopting AI-native tools and best practices.
• Collaborate directly with customers to translate requirements into polished experiences.
• Design scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and GCP.
• Build responsive, accessible front‑ends with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of professional full-stack experience, preferably in a product-first or FAANG-level environment.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end features or major product modules.
• Comfortable working across the stack and setting architectural standards.
• Resourceful, independent and able to thrive in ambiguous, high‑urgency settings.
