Software Developer Intern – Drexel Co‑op (Hybrid)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Software Developer Intern for a Drexel University co‑op. The position runs from September 22nd to March 26th and combines on‑site collaboration with remote work, offering a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the Philadelphia office.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of industrial software solutions within AVEVA’s R&D team.
• Participate in in‑office training sessions covering defensive programming, debugging, and modern development practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to design, code, and test features.
• Attend learning series with executive and business unit leaders to understand company strategy.
• Document work and share progress during regular team meetings.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at Drexel University and eligible for the co‑op program.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States now and in the future (no sponsorship required).
• Strong interest in industrial software, AI, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
