Software Developer – CounterSketch

About the role

Stuller is seeking a Software Developer to lead the development of its CounterSketch product, a powerful tool for jewelers. You will work within a fast‑paced, innovative IT team, contributing to the full software lifecycle while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of software development, focusing on front‑end features for flagship applications.
• Collaborate with CAD/GEO, UI Design, and QA teams to design, implement, and test fixes, new features, and UI/UX improvements.
• Document workflows, bug fixes, and enhancements through demos or written documentation.
• Communicate daily progress and coordinate with other business areas.
• Own the CounterSketch product and the supporting infrastructure systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in an object‑oriented language such as C# or Java.
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks like WPF or MAUI/Blazor.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Software Engineering, 5+ years of UX‑related experience, strong technical communication.
