Soft Accessories Designer

About the role

Centric Brands is seeking a creative Designer to develop soft accessory collections for its portfolio of fashion brands. You will translate trend research and sales insights into original designs, while ensuring feasibility, cost‑effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Research trend directions, perform competitive analysis, and create presentation boards and mood boards.
• Develop seasonal design concepts that align with overall assortment strategy and cost structure.
• Create Adobe Illustrator sketches, review specification and line sheets, and maintain accurate product development logs.
• Manage raw material and trim libraries, approve lab dips, and ensure color consistency with licensor standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical design, production) and external vendors to keep projects on schedule.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and support talent development.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with sock design preferred; knit experience required.
