Social Media Strategist (TikTok & Instagram)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to lead the end‑to‑end strategy, content creation and profile management for TikTok and Instagram on behalf of a premium life‑insurance client. The role focuses on building a high‑end, education‑first personal brand that attracts an exclusive audience and drives organic referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a complete TikTok and Instagram strategy from scratch, defining content pillars, positioning and posting cadence.
• Transform client ideas into polished short‑form videos, graphics, captions and copy.
• Produce, film and edit Reels, TikTok, Shorts and other short‑form formats.
• Lead the personal rebrand, establishing a cohesive, premium, education‑first identity.
• Create educational content on life insurance, family protection and generational wealth in an accessible tone.
• Grow the accounts organically, fostering community, inbound interest and referrals.
• Track engagement metrics, report performance and continuously refine the approach.

Required profile

• Proven track record building and scaling TikTok and Instagram accounts with measurable results.
• Experience managing personal or founder‑led brands, including rebranding projects.
• Strong eye for premium, aspirational aesthetics.
• Ability to simplify complex financial or insurance topics.
• Flexible, proactive and collaborative mindset.
