Crypto.com is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence and community engagement. You will blend creativity with data‑driven insights to craft and execute high‑impact social strategies across our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a social growth strategy that resonates locally while maintaining operational excellence.
• Develop clear guidelines for each platform to ensure consistent content themes and audience targeting.
• Generate up‑to‑date, viral initiatives and posts that showcase products and community stories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to maintain a unified brand voice and quality.
• Set social goals, OKRs and metrics, and conduct data‑driven post‑mortems to improve ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist or similar role.
• AI‑native with deep understanding of current AI tooling.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to supervise multiple initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with social media management and posting tools.
• Interest in the financial services industry and up‑to‑date knowledge of its trends.
