Affiliate Account Manager – Dallas (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Account Manager who balances client satisfaction with team success. You will apply strategic, data‑driven solutions to grow affiliate programs for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, develop, and nurture affiliate partners across multiple client accounts.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze partner activity, and present optimization recommendations to clients.
• Design and test commission structures, dynamic attribution models, and cross‑channel strategies to boost results.
• Maintain efficient workflows and adjust processes for maximum productivity.
• Handle day‑to‑day tasks within affiliate networks and ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, in agency or brand environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to translate client goals into prioritized, measurable tasks.
• Comfortable working with established brands and both independently and within a team.
• Experience with affiliate networks such as Impact, Pepperjam, ShareASale and reporting dashboards like Affluent.
• Exposure to various verticals (subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, app, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite and Excel.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and able to document and teach best practices.
• Experience training junior team members and building scalable workflows.
