Social Media Engagement Coordinator

About the role

Anastasia Beverly Hills is looking for a Social Media Engagement Coordinator to join its fast‑moving social team. This junior‑level position focuses on building community loyalty, responding to interactions across platforms, and supporting the brand’s digital voice.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reply to comments, DMs, likes, mentions, and tags on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and other platforms.
• Maintain an on‑brand tone and proactively engage with followers, creators, and relevant conversations.
• Escalate community insights, sentiment shifts, and feedback to the social and brand teams.
• Assist with scheduling, publishing, and caption writing for daily content.
• Create or edit quick‑turnaround assets (images, GIFs, short‑form video) using tools such as CapCut, Instagram, or TikTok.
• Relay trends, influencer mentions, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain content calendars, community tracking documents, and ensure proper tagging for analytics.
• Research beauty, culture, and social‑media trends to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in social media or digital engagement (internships included).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of user behavior on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Exceptional written communication, copywriting, and editing skills.
• Detail‑oriented, positive, proactive team player.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends during product launches.
• Hybrid schedule: onsite 4 days, 1 day remote, Wednesday‑Sunday 9 am‑5 pm.
