About the role

Join the Social Media team within Microsoft Global Skilling to shape creator‑led storytelling across Microsoft’s skilling ecosystem. You will blend influencer strategy, creator partnerships, and hands‑on content creation to make Microsoft’s educational offerings visible, authentic, and engaging on platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Propose, develop, and execute social‑first video content that supports broader content strategies.
• Write platform‑native copy for creator campaigns, including scripts, captions, and voice‑over text.
• Collaborate with creators to refine messaging while preserving authenticity.
• Contribute to campaign concepts, creative briefs, and overall content strategy.
• Lead content creation for priority Microsoft Commercial events and experiences.
• Work closely with marketing, social, events, and product teams to ensure cross‑channel alignment.
• Help define the tone and voice of creator and community content across Microsoft Commercial brands.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field with 1+ year of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, OR equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of creators, digital culture, and audience behavior.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms and applying platform‑specific best practices.
