Social Media Content Creator & Event Lead

About the role

Next In Natural is seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator & Event Lead to bring its emerging beverage and food brands to life both online and in the real world. You will primarily focus on the Chameleon Coffee launch, driving campus‑to‑coast campaigns, retail activations, and curated consumer events.

Key responsibilities

• Create original video, photo, and copy content for TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Design and manage user‑generated content (UGC) campaigns that generate authentic engagement.
• Identify, recruit and coordinate micro‑influencers and campus creators.
• Plan, execute and oversee brand events from concept through day‑of logistics (pop‑ups, retail activations, experiential drops).
• Synchronize social media calendars with marketing teams around events.
• Provide consumer insights to product development and R&D teams.
• Lead on‑site event staff, interns and brand ambassadors, including overnight travel across the country.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, events, brand marketing or social media.
• Active personal social media presence with a clear understanding of how content performs.
• Passion for natural/organic food and beverage brands.
• Self‑starter attitude, able to work without extensive direction.
• Strong written communication with a genuine, non‑corporate voice.
• Proven ability to lead small teams or event staff.
