Social & Digital Media Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Social & Digital Media Marketing Coordinator will lead the creation and distribution of content across all social platforms for Hard Rock Cafe Orlando and Hard Rock Live Orlando. This role drives organic growth, engages the community, and supports ticket and cafe promotion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Curate, produce, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads and emerging platforms.
• Set and achieve social growth and engagement targets, improving organic reach while reducing paid media spend.
• Maintain accurate web pages and event listings, ensuring menus, calendars, and ticketing details are up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Promotions Manager to design and send Electronic Direct Mail campaigns using platforms such as Ticketmaster Engage, Hive.Co, Acoustic and OpenTable.
• Develop editorial calendars, social strategies and tactical plans aligned with show sales, announcements and cafe promotions.
• Manage influencer relationships and generate user‑generated content for sharing.
• Own community engagement across channels, responding to comments, DMs and reviews with brand‑appropriate tone.
• Provide onsite coverage at concerts and events for real‑time content capture and live social engagement.
• Measure, analyze and report on social performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media channels for hospitality or entertainment venues.
• Strong ability to create and edit visual content (photo, video, short‑form vertical).
• Excellent community management skills with a focus on brand voice.
• Comfortable working onsite at events and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
