About the role
The Social Designer (Seasonal) will support Major League Baseball’s marketing initiatives by creating digital graphics for events, editorial content, sponsorships, ticket sales, advertising and paid media. This fast‑paced position requires a creative team player who can meet tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency across all social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Produce daily graphics for digital and social channels, ensuring brand alignment.
- Assist the Director and senior designers in developing templates and featured concepts.
- Collaborate with editors and social coordinators to understand project pipelines and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.
- Stay current on design and social trends and share best practices with the team.
- Work rotating days, nights, weekends and holidays for live game coverage.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, hierarchy and photo manipulation.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
Required skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Asana project‑management tool.
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Microsoft Office applications.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of $25.00 per hour.
