Social Content Producer

About the role

The Social Content Producer will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of social‑first content for ALO. You will work across a variety of formats, from on‑set shoots to creator partnerships, delivering high‑quality content that drives engagement on social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of social‑first content, from concept through on‑set execution.
• Manage production logistics including scheduling, locations, permits, crew, equipment, and talent.
• Capture content efficiently and ensure it aligns with platform best practices and performance goals.
• Lead content capture at high‑profile brand events, adapting to fast‑paced environments.
• Support athlete content production, coordinating talent and on‑site execution.
• Oversee creator content from outreach and briefing to final delivery, managing timelines and approvals.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects, aligning with content calendars and campaign timelines.
• Own projects with autonomy, structuring production workflows and improving processes.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Creative, Social, Influencer, and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in social content production, digital media, or creative production.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to produce high‑volume content while managing multiple projects.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, and talent is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑location, including travel and non‑standard hours.
