Skilled Subcontractors Needed for Restoration Projects

About the role

Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. seeks experienced subcontractors to support its restoration services across the NY/NJ/PA/CT region. Work involves a variety of construction and repair tasks for commercial, insurance, and residential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and studs.
• Design and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation.
• Add fixtures and fittings including door handles, locks, hinges and closures.
• Cut, shape and smooth lumber or other materials according to measurements.
• Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings using raw or pre‑constructed items.
• Lay out flooring, roofing or drywall ensuring proper level and compatibility.
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and install them in designated locations.
• Inspect sites, conduct repairs or maintenance, and build scaffolding or other construction structures.
