About the role

We are looking for a skilled residential carpenter to join our crew at M&G Construction. The role involves performing demolition, framing, and finish carpentry in occupied homes, ensuring high‑quality results while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out demolition, framing, blocking, and general carpentry tasks.
• Install cabinets, trim, doors, hardware, and finish work according to plans.
• Read and interpret tape measures, levels, and basic construction drawings.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites in occupied homes.
• Communicate daily tasks and needs with the crew, using basic Spanish for safety.
• Protect client property and uphold professionalism on site.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of residential construction or carpentry experience.
• Basic Spanish speaking ability for crew communication.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lb+ and work on feet throughout the day.
• Detail‑oriented, respectful in client homes, and team‑oriented.
