Site Supervisor – Sanitation Operations

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to lead our sanitation teams in food‑processing facilities. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant cleaning operations while upholding the highest standards of food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons across designated plant areas.
- Assign daily work plans, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Enforce compliance with governmental, customer, and company policies, including technical services, HR, accounting, and IT procedures.
- Evaluate team members for promotions or status changes and provide feedback.
- Maintain adherence to the Team Member Handbook and internal company procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising sanitation or food‑safety teams in an industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to make independent judgments during peak periods such as start‑up or pre‑operation.
