Site Supervisor – Sanitation Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to lead sanitation teams at our customer’s food processing facilities. In this role you will ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons across designated plant areas.
• Assign daily work plans, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, customer, and company policies.
• Evaluate team members for promotions or status changes and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, and IT to maintain compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee compliance with the Team Member Handbook and other internal guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising sanitation or food‑safety teams in an industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make independent judgments during peak periods (e.g., start‑up, pre‑operation).
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
